The site and the tools

AsadWebs operates asadwebs.com, including a collection of free online tools. By using the site you accept these terms.

Free tools, provided as-is

• The tools are free to use, with no account required.
• Most tools process files entirely in your browser, on your device. You are responsible for your original files and for keeping your own backups — outputs should be checked before you rely on them.
• Tools and results are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Calculation and conversion tools give estimates and general information, not professional (legal, tax, financial, medical or other) advice.
• We may change, suspend or remove a tool at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site or tools to break the law, infringe others' rights, or process material you have no right to use. You are responsible for the files and content you choose to process.

Services are separate

Web development and other services shown on this site are quoted and agreed separately for each project. Nothing on the tools pages creates a service contract.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and tool interfaces belong to AsadWebs or its licensors. Using a tool does not transfer any rights in the tool; the files you create with it are yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AsadWebs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free tools, including loss of data or files.
