Is a Drawn Signature on a PDF Legally Binding?
Yes, usually: a signature drawn on a PDF can be legally binding in the US under the ESIGN Act and state UETA laws, and in the EU as a simple electronic signature under eIDAS — provided the signer intended to sign, the parties agreed to sign electronically, and you can prove who signed. A bare drawn image alone is the weakest proof.
