Choose a PDF and this tool finds the blank pages — pages with no text and an (almost) completely white rendering, like scanner blanks and empty separators — and removes them. The done message tells you exactly how many were removed. Runs fully in your browser — nothing is uploaded.
Scanners breed blank pages — backs of sheets, separators, empty trailing pages. This finds them by content, not by guessing, and takes them out.

Remove blank pages from a PDF automatically: a page counts as blank only when it has no text layer content AND renders almost completely white. The tool reports exactly how many it removed.
A 120-page duplex scan of single-sided sheets carries 40 blank backs. Strict detection removes exactly those 40 — the done message says so — and the archive copy is two-thirds the size and twice as readable.
Blankness is tested two ways per page, in your browser: the page’s text layer must be empty, and a small render of the page is checked pixel by pixel — if more than the sensitivity threshold (0.1% strict, 1% loose) of pixels are non-white, the page is kept, whatever its text layer says. That double test is what protects pages that are only a logo, a stamp or a signature from being deleted: they render non-white, so they stay.
The double test is deliberately conservative: pages with any text, or more than a trace of visible content, are always kept. When in doubt use Strict. Your original file is never modified either way.
Probably a header logo, page number or faint stamp pushed it past the whiteness threshold — that caution is the point. Loose sensitivity may catch it if it is truly just specks.
Usually noticeably, since blank scan pages still carry scanner noise data. Pages are copied losslessly, so kept pages are identical.
The done message gives the exact removed count, and the kept pages retain their original order and content, so a page-count comparison tells the story.
No. Detection and removal run entirely in your browser.
