Organize a PDF visually: see every page as a thumbnail, drag pages into order, rotate or delete them, extract a selection and download the finished file.
A scanned contract comes out of the scanner backwards, with page 4 upside down. Drop it in, drag the pages into reading order, rotate page 4 twice to turn it upright, delete the two blank separator sheets, and download a clean PDF in the right order — a two-minute fix that used to mean printing and rescanning the lot.
Pages are rendered to thumbnails in your browser so you can see exactly what you are moving. The document itself is then rebuilt with a PDF library by copying the pages you kept, in the order you left them, and adding each page’s accumulated rotation on top of its existing rotation. No page is re-rendered or re-compressed, so text stays selectable and the quality is exactly the original. The thumbnails themselves are rendered at reading size, not print size, purely as a visual index — the saved file never uses them.
No. The file is read and rebuilt entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded, and the tool works offline once the page has loaded. Confidential documents stay confidential.
No. Pages are copied, not re-rendered: text stays selectable, images keep their original resolution, and the file size changes only by the pages you removed. Rotating and reordering do not touch page content at all.
Tick the checkbox on each page you want, then press Extract selected — the download contains only those pages, in the order shown. For one continuous range, our Split PDF tool may be quicker.
Not in this tool — it organizes one document at a time. Use Merge PDF first to combine the files, then organize the combined result here.
Page content is preserved, including the links and annotations drawn on the pages themselves. The document outline (bookmarks panel) is not carried over, since its destinations refer to the old numbering.
