PDF Viewer

Open a PDF and read it right here — page through it, zoom, rotate the view, print it, or download the original file. Nothing is uploaded; the document never leaves your device, which makes this a safe way to open files you do not fully trust elsewhere.

A clean, private reader for any PDF: open it here instead of handing it to a stranger’s server, and print or save it as you go.

UNDERSTAND YOUR RESULTS

PDF Viewer — Clean, Private, In Your Browser guide

View a PDF cleanly right here: page through it, zoom, rotate the view, print it, or download the original — rendered locally, so the file never leaves your device.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose or drop any PDF. It opens on page 1 at a readable fit-width zoom.
  2. Browse with Previous/Next or the page box (type a number, press Enter). Zoom with − and + or the percentage presets; Rotate turns the view for sideways pages.
  3. Print sends the pages to your printer through the browser’s print dialog, and Download original saves the file exactly as you opened it.

A worked example

On a shared computer without a PDF reader you trust, a bank statement opens here, gets read and printed — and because nothing was uploaded, closing the tab ends the story.

How it works

The viewer renders pages with the same open-source engine that powers Firefox’s built-in viewer, at the zoom you select, entirely in your browser. Rotation is a view rotation (the file is not modified — for a permanent fix, Rotate PDF saves turned pages), and Print renders each page for the print dialog so output matches what you saw.

Frequently asked questions

Does viewing upload my PDF anywhere?

No. The file is read and rendered on your device only — that is the point of a browser viewer.

I rotated a page — why is it sideways again when I reopen?

Rotate here changes only your view. To bake rotation into the file, use Rotate PDF and download the result.

Can I fill a form in the viewer?

Form fields display, but filling belongs to Fill PDF Form, which writes values properly into the file.

Printing looks different from screen — why?

Print renders pages as images for the dialog, which matches the approved on-screen appearance even on systems without the document’s fonts — a deliberate fidelity choice.

What if the PDF has a password?

Encrypted files cannot be rendered here; remove the password with Unlock PDF (if you know it) and view the copy.
